Meet Amanda.
About Me
I am a licensed clinical social worker in Texas (#51487), Ohio (#I.1901832-SUPV), and Florida (#TPSW3665). For the past 15 years, I have been dedicated to providing compassionate support to women navigating life’s challenges. My experience spans hospitals, clinics, and private practice, where I’ve worked with adolescents, adults, and high-conflict couples and families. However, my greatest passion has always been women’s mental health.
My specialized focus on reproductive and maternal mental health began in college and deepened in my early career as a medical social worker. Working in NICU and postpartum units, I supported women coping with perinatal mental health conditions—an experience that laid the foundation for my clinical practice today. Before launching my private practice, I also gained valuable experience in the health tech space, working with adults and children in therapeutic settings.
I am deeply committed to ongoing learning and specialize in trauma and maternal mental health. I approach therapy through a trauma-informed lens, creating a safe space for individuals to process how past experiences have shaped their lives. I am currently pursuing my PMH-C (Perinatal Mental Health Certification) and have additional training in EMDR, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My work focuses on helping individuals heal from trauma, manage stress, and restore balance between mind and body.
You deserve support, healing, and a path forward—and I’m here to walk that journey with you.
